Sinugbang Panga (Grilled Tuna Jaw)
The jaws are marinated in soy sauce, grilled over charcoal and eaten with a spicy dipping sauce that is a mixture of, vinegar, soy sauce sugar, chopped onions, garlic and chilli peppers.
