Dinuguan
Dinuguan (Blood Stew)
Dinuguan is a blood stew is made from meat simmered with kidneys, lungs, intestines, heart, snout and ears simmered in rich, spicy dark gravy of pig blood that is flavoured with garlic and chilli, usually served with rice. The term Dinuguan is derived from the Filipino word “Dugo”meaning blood.
